Dress Code
Our dress code is designed so teachers can see the dancer’s body lines, including posture, arms, legs and feet. Dancers will get the most out of their classes when the dress code is followed. If there are any questions regarding dress code, please visit the front desk or contact us.

Long hair should be worn up either in a tight ponytail or bun. Bangs must be secured away from the face.

Leotards must be black and modestly cut for all classes. Sleeves can be long, short, tank or spaghetti strap. No backless, low cut, halter, etc.

Shoes for all classes should fit properly. Capezio or Bloch brands are recommended.

For the safety of all our dancers, no jewelry or watches are to be worn in class

No jeans will be allowed in any dance class
BOYS
Male students must wear black shorts or tights, with a fitted white t-shirt. Ballet, tap, and jazz shoes should be black.
BALLET
Students are required to wear pink tights and pink split sole ballet slippers. Ballet slippers should fit snug but not constrict movement. Hair must be worn in a bun.
MODERN
A leotard with black footless tights. Students are required to wear Capezio Foot Undeez in nude color. Hair must be worn in a bun.
TAP
Tights must be tan, though students can wear pink if they had ballet class on the same day. Students are required to wear tan Bloch tap shoes #S0302 with a low heel and strap with buckle. Hair must be worn in a ponytail or bun. Black boxer shorts or jazz pants are allowed for students 13 and up or with teacher permission.
JAZZ
Tights must be tan, though students can wear pink if they had ballet class on the same day. Students are required to wear black jazz oxford or slip-on style jazz shoes. Black boxer shorts or jazz pants are allowed for students 13 and up or with teacher permission.
TAP/JAZZ COMBINATION CLASS
Tights must be tan, though students can wear pink if they had ballet class on the same day. Students are required to wear black ballet slippers and black patent leather tap shoes. Black boxer shorts or jazz pants are allowed for students 13 and up or with teacher permission. Hair must be worn in a ponytail or bun.
HIP HOP
Black tights and jazz sneakers are required. Black boxer shorts or jazz pants are allowed for students 13 and up or with teacher permission. Hair must be worn in a ponytail or bun.
PRE-SCHOOL STUDENTS
